Radical Breeze released DiscBlaze 1.0 for Windows: CD, DVD burning

DiscBlaze supports several file systems (Joliet, ISO 9660 and UDF), burning multiple sessions to the same discs, erasing re-writable media (such as CDRW and DVDRW) and creating/burning ISO disc images.
